Like the French FFSA GT, the Belgian GT 2009 will divide its drivers for the entire season into two separated groups. Drivers listed in the first group (professionals) will always qualify together in the first qualifying heat and will always take the start of the first race. The second group (Gentlemen drivers) will always compete each other in the second qualifying and will take the start of the second race. (This system is not applicable during the 24 Hours of Zolder and subject to changes if necessary).
